DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Orders
For any order placed on our site, it is necessary to create an account beforehand. Then, you just have to put items in your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. Once in your basket, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (basket, address, delivery, payment). By validating your order, you validate and accept the General Conditions of Sale of our site.
You can track your order from your customer account in the “My orders” section. This way you can access the list of your orders and their status. The tracking link will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. It will also be available in the details of your order. You also have the option to receive it via the chat by clicking on the Track my order reason by filling in the requested information.
We do not change orders once they are confirmed but we can cancel them, if this is still possible, so that you can reorder.
Cancellation will only be possible if the order is still awaiting preparation, once preparation has started we are no longer able to intervene and the shipment will be made.
If you have not received a confirmation email, we advise you to check your junk mail. If it is not there, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form. This way, we will check that your order has been taken into account and we will provide you with the information relating to your order.
If one of your items is missing, we invite you to contact our customer service via our contact form as soon as possible in order to take the necessary steps.
We are sincerely sorry that you received a defective item.
In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form , sending them photos of the item concerned, the order number and the product reference.
After analysis and confirmation, our Customer Service will send you a prepaid return label.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the defective item at our premises.
We are committed to resolving issues regarding an incorrect item as quickly as possible.
If this is the case, we invite you to contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the item to us.
Of course, we will refund the shipping costs, if the delivery has been paid, once we have received your package.

Delivery time is two to three working days.
For international delivery times vary.
Delivery is made with Colissimo (to your home or to a relay point), or TNT (express).
Delivery is free for purchases over 60 euros.

- Delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers: €4.90
- Home delivery: €7.90
For deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories:
Deliveries are free for orders equal to or greater than €60.

If the product you ordered ultimately does not meet your expectations, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of your item. The product must be returned to us in new condition and protected in its original packaging.
Discover the return procedure step by step. Following the return of the product, the refund of your order will be made within 14 days maximum.
However, the return costs are your responsibility.

Step 1
In your customer area, go to the section: My orders.
Select “Make a Return” next to the order in question and follow the return instructions provided on the page at that stage.
Step 2
Go to the “My returns” tab in your customer area to record the reason for your return.
Step 3
Place the products to be returned in the original box (or in the box of your choice).
A copy of the invoice must be attached to the package, otherwise the return cannot be taken into account. Close the box properly.
Step 4
Then choose the place where you want to drop off the package at a post office or another carrier. Please keep your tracking number safe.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. The waiting time for your refund to be processed is one week. It will therefore take a maximum of 14 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase in store or receipt of the jewelry to exchange it.
To make an exchange, please make a request to customer service.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned products, as well as the refund.
Once your return package has been dropped off at a post office, please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for the package to be delivered to us, the package inspected and the refund triggered.
You will receive an automatic email as soon as the refund is processed.

Payment
Banking transactions in France are authenticated using 3D Secure. Your online payments are therefore perfectly secure.
You can pay for your order by:
- Bank Card
- Paypal in one or four installments without fees
