Shipping policy
ORDER PREPARATION TIME
Orders are prepared within 24 working hours; you must add transport delivery times.
Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
The order is delivered to the address specified on the order form. In case of input error, particularly an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Rexaline cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery impossibilities. All costs associated with the reshipment of products due to a customer input error will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times cannot exceed 30 working days from the date of payment validation by the Customer.
The announced deadlines are warehouse departure times.
The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from payment validation.
This time frame is an average time corresponding to the service used for delivery in France and Europe (Schengen area).
In case of absence, the customer will be responsible for retrieving the product from the relevant services.
During public holidays, periods of high activity such as sales, adverse weather conditions, exceptional closures, or traffic restrictions, processing and delivery times may be extended.
DELIVERY TRACKING
The Customer can track the stages of their order processing at any time within their "My Account" area.
The Customer must provide a valid email address; otherwise, Rexaline cannot be held responsible for any resulting consequences. The Customer must ensure that their data is kept up to date in their Account.
COUNTRIES SERVED
Rexaline's website delivers worldwide (excluding ...). For orders to countries other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the concerned product(s). For all Products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Departments and Territories, the price will be automatically calculated exclusive of taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be applicable. They will be at the customer's expense and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason if the product is unopened or undamaged. The starting point of the period is the day of receipt of the order by the customer or by the third party designated by them. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. To exercise their right of return, the customer must notify Rexaline of their decision to withdraw, specifying the reason for the return, before the expiry of the deadline, by contacting support@rexaline.com via email.
The customer must return to Rexaline, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the communication of their decision to withdraw, the item(s) subject to the right of withdrawal.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
For proper receipt and to expedite the return process, the customer must follow the following procedures: package the product(s) to be returned and include the duly completed delivery note specifying the reason for the return and the quantities returned. The customer must ensure proper packaging of the package (consult official recommendations) and send the package to the following address:

The customer will be informed by email that their return has been processed.
REFUND
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Rexaline will refund to the Customer the price of the item(s) concerned and, in case of return of the entire order, the shipping costs according to the least expensive standard shipping method offered by Rexaline.
The Customer bears the return costs of the item(s). The amounts of these costs are indicated for information purposes in Article 6.4.
In case of return of one or more items subject to a promotional offer or sale, the refund amount will be that indicated on the invoice enclosed with the package.
The refund will be made after Rexaline receives the returned Product(s) from the Customer under the conditions provided in this article.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt, by Rexaline, of the Products returned by the Customer in the conditions provided for in this article.
The refund cannot be made if the concerned item has undergone depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and/or conformity.
