Facial care routine in 5 steps for radiant skin

An effective facial care routine is essential for maintaining radiant, healthy skin. In this article, we present a 5-step routine that will help you achieve radiant and balanced skin, suitable for all skin types.

Step 1: Deep Cleaning

Start your facial care routine by deep cleansing your skin to remove impurities, oil and makeup residue. Choose a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type and gently massage onto face using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry gently with a clean towel.

Step 2: Gentle exfoliation

Two to three times a week, exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells and stimulate cell renewal. Use a gentle scrub or peel made with natural ingredients to avoid irritation, and massage gently onto the face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to reveal smooth, luminous skin.

Step 3: Toning and Balancing

Apply a gentle toner to balance your skin's pH and tighten pores. Choose an alcohol-free toner to avoid drying out the skin, and apply it by gently patting it onto the face with a cotton pad or your fingertips. Let it dry completely before moving on to the next step.

Step 4: Deep hydration

Hydrate your skin deeply with a serum or moisturizer suited to your skin type. Look for products with hydrating ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, glycerin or natural oils, and apply them generously to the face and neck. Massage gently until completely absorbed.

Step 5: Daily sun protection

Finish your skincare routine by applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, like Crystal Bright Primer SPF30 , to protect your skin from UV damage. Apply a sufficient amount to the entire face and neck, and reapply every two hours if you are exposed to the sun.

By following this 5-step facial care routine, you can achieve radiant, balanced skin that is protected against environmental aggressions.

Remember to tailor your routine based on your skin's specific needs and consult a dermatologist if you have any specific concerns.
